Policies

​

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. We may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out for an additional $25. Please call us to discuss prior to your arrival.

This property does not have an elevator and there are 22 short steps to get to the 2nd floor. (Yes we will help you bring your luggage up!)

​

Our rooms are set up for two guests per room. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

 

We currently can only accommodate registered guests for breakfast. At times with proper notice and an added charge for our guests, we may be able to provide additional meals (lunch/dinner).

​

The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.

​

We are a NON-SMOKING establishment. If guests have been found to smoke in their room, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee and be asked to leave.

 

Pet Policy

Although we are pet owners, we are unable to accommodate other pets at this time.

Deposits and Cancellation

Currently we have a 2-night minimum stay requirement, however, on occasion we may be able to accommodate a last minute reservation for one night. Please call us directly for availability. A one night's stay deposit with tax is required at time of booking to reserve your room.

 

We do understand that plans can change and in case they do please note:

Your credit card information is holding your room. We have a 14 day cancellation policy. A deposit minus a $25 cancellation/refund fee will be returned up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for single room bookings. Regardless of the reason there are no refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival date. In the event we are able to re-book the room, an 80% refund will be returned or credited. All cancellations must be in writing. Please allow up to seven days for eligible refund.
